The Clear Blue Company

“At The Clear Blue Company, we believe that affordable housing is the foundation for economic mobility, community strength, and long-term prosperity. Through our partnership with the Chamber, we have a powerful platform to collaborate with like-minded organizations, engage with local leaders, and contribute to initiatives that shape Nashville’s future. Together, we are building a stronger, more vibrant community for everyone.”

Founded in 2011 and based in Nashville, The Clear Blue Company is a developer, owner, and operator dedicated to addressing the affordable housing crisis. We manage more than 6,400 units and $1 billion in assets across the Southeast, with Middle Tennessee at the heart of our mission. By preserving and building affordable housing, Clear Blue strengthens neighborhoods, fosters economic opportunity, and creates upward mobility for residents.

The Clear Blue Company joined the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce to deepen our engagement with the region’s business community and connect with leaders, potential partners, and industry peers. Membership provides a platform to showcase our commitment to the Nashville region while creating opportunities to collaborate, learn, and grow alongside other key organizations.

Clear Blue’s resident-focused model extends beyond housing construction by promoting upward mobility and offering initiatives that support opportunity, personal growth, and stronger neighborhoods. Chamber membership amplifies our work and connects us with civic leaders, community organizations, and industries that help align our projects with Nashville’s long-term priorities. We value the Leadership Study Mission trips, where panel discussions and peer-city exchanges on housing, education, and transit provide meaningful dialogue and fresh perspectives. Clear Blue Company views Chamber membership as essential for organizations seeking to influence policy, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to Nashville’s development.
