Our annual wrap-up of the past year. With 316 new members and 19 new P2030 investors, its been a productive year for us at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Our annual summary of the past year, featuring a collaboration with We Are Nashville, an honoring of Darrell S. Freeman Sr., and highlights of the Chamber's work in 21-22.
For three decades,
education has been a top priority for the Chamber and the business community. A consistent part of the business community’s commitment over these decades has been to produce the Education Report, a community perspective on opportunities and challenges facing Metro Nashville Public Schools.
The 2023 Education Report is focused on how students connect and explore career pathways and how students are supported in taking tangible steps to make their postsecondary goals a reality.
The 2024 Education Report focuses on CTE, a vital topic as we consider Nashville’s growing workforce needs. With industries like healthcare, technology, construction, and hospitality experiencing significant demand for skilled talent, ensuring our students have access to career pathways is essential. CTE not only equips students with the tools they need for financial independence but also strengthens Nashville’s economy and ensures our community remains resilient and innovative.
